Eglinton provides consultancy support for people and organisation development. We design and deliver leadership and management development programmes, coaching and organisational review consultancy services. We also provide recruitment, selection and assessment services.
Our clients include; not for profit and charities, private companies from SME to Global, local and Scottish Government and a wide range of public service organisations.
Our highly regarded Influencing programme, Pi2, is available either as an in house client programme or as a public course.
Eglinton created the Holyrood Summer School 15 years ago and it continues to provide a unique leadership development experience for senior managers and leaders.
