Formed in 1993, and managed by Jim Rennie and Willie Maltman, we are one of Scotland's leading consultancies. We specialise in learning and development, top-team facilitation and assessment and selection consultancy services for a range of clients throughout the UK, but mostly serving a Scottish market.
