REWARD MANAGEMENT

In the current climate of ever-evolving employment legislation, developing best practice and the drive to add value, it can be challenging for organisations to ensure that they are acting equitably, fairly and legally in the area of reward management. As the market place becomes more diverse and competitive, it makes strategic and commercial sense for companies to ascertain where they sit in relation to the market and to keep a watching brief to ensure that job evaluation, pay and grading, and reward remain fair, consistent and attractive to current employees and potential recruits.

With the extensive experience, knowledge and skills of our HR Consultants, we are able to advise and guide our clients on all elements of reward management whether you want to implement a job evaluation scheme, design new pay and grading structures or undertake salary benchmarking projects and equal pay audits.

At Eglinton, we have the facility to provide organisations with a range of consultants who are trained in project management, job analysis and research. All are specialists within the HR field, coming from diverse backgrounds in both the public and private sector.

Our approach is to work in close collaboration with clients using our knowledge of the legal requirements and a keen understanding of market data across all sectors, to enable informed strategic direction which will allow the organisation to modernise, remain competitive in terms of reward or to move ahead of the market leaders.

EGLINTON LADIES SHOW THEIR "SUPPORT"

Six of the female staff members at Eglinton were delighted to lend their support to the Edinburgh Moonwalk event held in the early hours of Sunday morning. Wearing their decorated bras and plastic capes, the ladies each walked a half-marathon distance through the city alongside another 12,000 walkers. They raised over £1000 towards Breast Cancer charity.
