Eglinton would like to thank all of our clients and friends for giving us the opportunity to support them in doing really interesting work for the last 18 years. We have been particularly heartened by client loyalty and recommendations of support as we have successfully ventured into new markets and products.
We have enjoyed the opportunity to work with a large number of new clients and in new sectors. We are particularly grateful that many of these have come through client referral and recommendation.
We have been delighted by our recent successful bid to Scottish Government. Going forward we will continue to be a supplier of training and development services. We will also continue with the framework contract with Scottish Water.
Eglinton has continued to concentrate on our core strengths. This has seen us design and deliver new leadership and management development programmes, coaching and organisational review consultancy services. We have grown our selection and assessment consultancy services.
Our highly regarded Influencing programme, Pi2, has had a great year with more in house client programmes and open events.
The Holyrood Summer School maintains its resounding success with great reviews and evaluations from the senior managers and leaders who participate in the highly acclaimed annual leadership development event. We are as ever grateful that our contributors take time from their demanding positions to present and engage with the participants while taking value from the experience. The 13th annual Holyrood Summer School in 2011 won impressive praise from contributors and participants for the high calibre programme.
