“It was 20 years ago …”
...that Eglinton was formed as a consultancy to provide development support for people and organisations. We continue to design and deliver leadership and management development programmes, coaching and organisational review consultancy services. We also provide recruitment, selection and assessment services.
Since 1993 we have extended our clients to include; not for profit and charities, private companies from SME to Global, Local and Scottish Government and a wide range of public service organisations.
15 years ago in preparation for the changes and challenges that would emerge from the creation of the Scottish Parliament and devolution, Eglinton created the Holyrood Summer School. The School now has over 400 alumni who have participated with their peers and gained insights from Government Ministers and organisational leaders. The Holyrood Summer School continues to provide a unique leadership development experience for nominated senior managers and leaders from all sectors of the economy.
For the future we remain committed to supporting our clients and their people to develop their capacity to deal with change and develop performance.
