Personal influence and impact (PI2) training

Eglinton is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the exclusive rights for Scotland of this exciting programme, adding another dynamic product to our current portfolio.

Personal Influence and Impact, known as Pi2, is a three-day programme for senior and high-potential individuals. It takes a strategic view of influencing needs by focusing on the 'target' for the influence and ensures you select the most appropriate from a range of influencing strategies learned on the programme.

Our next course will be held on 9/10/11 June 2008. Over the three days, participants will explore influencing styles combined with practice sessions in a supportive environment with informed feedback on your approach to promote confidence in using the range of styles available.

Details of the course are as follows:

£1300 + VAT including a comprehensive delegate pack
instruction from two experienced facilitators
all lunches and refreshments (non residential)
