What is Going to Court?

A personal development event to build confidence and awareness for professionals who attend court or tribunals as witnesses.  Eglinton has been supporting the increasing number of professionals in Scotland cited to attend court as a witness by reassuring them about their role.

Why undertake this programme?

No matter how experienced the professional or how specialist their knowledge, attending court as a professional witness can be a daunting prospect.  Typically, delegates just do not know what to expect of court attendance.

  • Preparing for court;
  • Understanding the court process;
  • Courts, tribunals and associated personnel;
